Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) - 3-Month Contract

We're looking for an experienced Emergency Room RN for an onsite, 3-month contract at our Dyersville, Iowa facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to join our dynamic Emergency Department team and provide critical care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
As an Emergency Room RN on contract, you will be a vital part of our patient care team, responsible for:
Delivering comprehensive patient care by assessing patient conditions, implementing care plans, and monitoring and documenting their progress. You'll use your clinical judgment to quickly identify and respond to changes in a patient's status.
Serving as the primary coordinator for patient care, ensuring seamless communication and a well-coordinated approach across all disciplines from admission through discharge.
Executing physician and nursing orders with precision and efficiency to provide timely and effective treatment.
Collaborating on discharge planning with physicians, social workers, and other team members to ensure patients have the resources they need for a safe transition home.
Shift & Schedule
This is a full-time contract position working 36 hours per week.
The standard schedule is three 12-hour shifts per week, from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse.
An active RN license.
Current certifications in the following are required:
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
